Do You Feel Too Tired To Work out?

You have had a long, taxing day at work and your are ready to head home and collapse in front of the TV. You committed to yourself you would do a thirty minute workout but feel too beat to even think about it. Does this sound like a recurring condition? Two of the most common excuses people give for not working out are lack of time and fatigue. After all, a lengthy day taking care of children or working at the office takes time and energy. Unfortunately, you nonetheless require exercise for both fitness and recreation. What can you do to stimulate yourself when you’re too drained to train?

We all get there from time to time – too drained to want to think about working out. But you know you still need to. What do you do? Is is just lack of motivation or is it a physical problem. Here are several ideas to aid in both areas.

Get your iron levels checked

If you already work out and find you’re approaching your daily workout with extreme fatigue and lack of inspiration, see your physician and have your iron level examined. Your physician can do a blood analysis called a ferreting level which measures your body’s stores of iron. Aerobic exercise can cause slow depletion of iron levels with iron being lost by way of sweating and via leakage of small amounts into the gut with repeated activities. Plus, it is not unusual for women of child bearing age to be iron deficient. If you’re low on iron, iron supplements may well make all the difference in the enregy you have and your approach towards training.

Do exercises after you get up in the morning

If you feel tired and less motivated to do exercises in the evening, try setting your alarm thirty minutes early and get your training session out of the way before your day starts. An early morning training session can help to rejuvenate and motivate you for the balance of the day. And also, you can look forward to an evening of rest knowing you’ve accomplished your goal. This can be a straightforward resolution to the dilemma of being too worn-out to exercise.

Do it anyway

Sometimes the best therapy for fatigue is a spirited exercise session. Have you ever noticed how you can walk into the health club dog-tired but after thirty minutes of action you feel energized and re-energized? There’s nothing like exercise to get your blood flowing and zap weariness. If it’s difficult for you to get motivated to make that outing to the club, guarantee yourself a little reward after you finish your session. Just make certain it is not a piece of chocolate!

Lessen your exercises

On nights that you’re too bushed to exercise, follow a lighter, less difficult schedule. To motivate yourself to take the opening step, tell yourself you will just exercise for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes have passed, chances are you’ll feel so re-energized that you will want to continue.

Modify your work out plan

If you feel exhausted with a lack of incentive towards working out on a specific evening, vary your workout completely and replace with something fun. Instead of walking 30 minutes on the treadmill at the club, take your dog for a brisk walk or do thirty minutes of stretches as you watch your favorite movie. You can switch back to your regular schedule the next time you train and the diversity will be good for you both bodily and mentally.

Give these tips a try and in a little while you will no longer need the old justification of being too exhausted to work out. Plus, you will look and feel like a new person.

Is it possible to get a six pack in 3 minutes?

Most of us it seems today are in a big hurry or have little time to spare. This situation means that people are looking for quick fix solutions in all areas of their lives including their fitness.

So before we go further if you are hoping that you can get a six pack in 3 minutes then you need be a little more realistic.

If your only doing 3 minutes of training every week you will not get a six pack. For the best chance of getting a six pack you really need to be training 3-6 times a week while comsuming a controlled amount of calories from healthy food choices. However if you pushed for time and have only a few minutes every day to workout then here is my advice plus a great total body workout that will burn fat and target your six pack in just 3 minutes:

1. Focus on intensity

High intensity when you are working out is key when trying to reduce body fat and reveal those six pack abs. So if you can only find a short period of time to exercise every day you must try and work at the highest level of intensity possible.

2. Proper Technique

Good technique and control of every exercise should be followed when performing your workouts.The result of doing this is that the muscles get worked much harder which means that your workouts although short are effective. If you do feel that your form is not correct or your technique is suffering then either slow down the rep tempo or reduce the weights you are using.

3. Total Body Workouts

Just performing ab exercises when you only have a short period of time to train is not the best course to take. Your goal is to really burn as many calories in the time you have available and one of best options to do this is do workouts that target the whole body. Resistance training performed at high intensity is a fantastic way of burning fat and giving your whole body including abs a hard workout. If your not sure about this try this workout and see how you feel after only 3 minutes:

1 Kettlebell/Dumbbell 2 handed Swings - 1 minute

2. Press up with mountain Climber – 1 minute

3. Dumbbell Squat to overhead press  – 1 minute

Perform as a continuous circuit with no rest between each exercise.

I guarantee this workout will get your heart racing and leave you gasping for breath plus it is working your abs and every other muscle for the whole 3 minutes.

As long as you approach your workouts with these factors in mind, you will give your entire body and core a great workout in just 3 minutes and start burning tons of calories..  If you hit the point when you can perform a workout like this a maximum intensity then its time to either change the routine or start adding weight.

A six pack in three minutes is not impossible but for faster better results you really should be working out between 15-30 minutes every time. Finally always keep in mind that without the correct diet all you hard work in getting a six pack will be in vain.
