We knew that Mike Whitehead wasn’t the most dedicated guy when it comes to conditioning. He walks around with a lot of extra weight for a guy who fights at light heavyweight. Who knew the guy got this out of shape? Whitehead tells Ariel Helwani that he weighed 285 pounds when he took his June Strikeforce fight with Kevin Randleman. Surprisingly, Whitehead had more in the gas tank at the end of the fight then Randleman.
