The Burn Machine Review
The ability to take the burn machine anywhere is one of the most attractive features of this machine. I was able to watch Warrior (great movie by the way) and use the machine while watching it. It provided a very intense arm workout and worked great since Warrior is a motivating movie which is about two brothers who get into MMA training and end up fighting each other. However, I digressed back to the burn machine.
Also, another highlight is that these machines are extremely durable. You aren’t going to have to buy a second one even if you drop it off a 30 story high rise. Although you possibly might have to buy a different model you won’t have to get a replacement.
Beginners Should Start With The Novice or Intermediate Burn Machine
One mistake I see with a lot of beginners is that they purchase a the professional 12 lbs. burn machine which is actually to hard for them. Beginners should start out with the the novice speed bag burn machine or at least the intermediate burn machine. This will allos them to use the burn machine longer which allows for the right kind of training for the burn machine to be most effective.
Although the price is high for this training machine it is ultimately worth it if you use the system. That is why I mentioned before to start out with the novice or intermediate machines if you are beginner since this isn’t a quick fix type of machine. It is something you can use for years to come in order to build exceptional hand and wrist strength.
I would also recommend this machine to trainers in order to strengthen up their wrists, forearms, and biceps since these muscles take a pounding when doing a lot of focus mitt and Muay Thai pad training. Any kink in the chain with those 3 muscle groups and within a short time they will be in a lot of pain.

There are various prices of these machines on different sites. If you go to a different site you will likely see a different price. So, be sure if you buy the burn machine make sure you get to the right website. Also, it ships in a long slender box and doesn’t weigh much so the shipping costs won’t be much.
