One downside with resistance band training is that it can take up to a month to get used to the feel. The up side to this is that you train more stabilizer muscles with resistance bands then you do when working out with weight machines. There is no doubt about it free weights are the best workout you can get but we can’t all use up 500 square feet in our house for free weight. Also, a lot of gyms charge from $30 to $150 for gym memberships and that can be hard to pay month after month. So, these are a very good alternative if a gym isn’t available.
You start out with what they call the General Fitness Beginner Program which gives you a pretty good workout. This workout definitely helps you build the muscles you use in MMA and also gives you a good cardiovascular workout. Come to think about it if you would combine this workout with the Elevation training mask you can kick your cardio work in high gear.
In looking at 5 different website at this product prices ranged from $120 to $175 so make sure if you buy this set tyou get it at the right place. You can’t go wrong going to Amazon (see link below). They also give you a 6 months free access to liveexercise. I am not sure how valuable that is, I have never gotten much from workout forums. However, it may be what you need
