Gameness Elite Gi

Gameness Elite Gi Review
Gameness Elite Gi Review

The Gameness Elite Gi is one of the new big boys on the block. Gameness has ripped our attention from the traditional Gi makers with the visual appeal of the Jiu Jitsu Gi’s. When looking at a Gameness Gi you can’t help but think, “Damn, that is a great looking gi”. However, do they last, how is the quality, and are they as good as the older boys in the market like; Fuji, Mizuno, and Atama?  One of the nice features of this Gi is that it is pre-shrunk cotton so you can shrink to your exact taste.  The Elite Gi models the Gameness Pearl Gi and features embroidered patches.

Gameness Elite Gi Review

Gameness Elite Gi ReviewOne thing you will notice about the Gameness Elite Gi is that the feel is of a higher quality fiber then most Jiu Jitsu Gi’s. Top level Gi’s are more durable and have durability qualities such as triple stitching, heavy-duty collar, & reinforced knees to name a few and the Gameness Elite Gi has all these and more…

 Design Review

This product review element is of course 5 stars because the look and functionality of this Gi is off the charts.  You will certainly get plenty of looks when you walk into your school or tournament with this Gi on!

Comfort Review

The Gameness Elite Gi is as comfortable as other Gi’s so it isn’t anything exceptional.  Since it has such high quality fabric it is rather heavy but I want a heavy Gi rather than a lightweight Gi.  So, this Gi being average in comfort this get 3 stars.

Price Review

Okay, the price of the Gi is an investment.  At around $240 it isn’t for the beginner who is wishy washy on whether this is what they want to do.  However, if you are a moderate to advanced student then you know the value of a good high quality Gi so you aren’t buying one every year.  Since this Gi is on the higher end of Gi’s I put this a little lower than average si it get’s 2.5 stars in this product review element.
