Work Out Tips and Suggestions for Muscle gain

If your aim is to rapidly build muscle, the tips that follow will help you immensely.  By drawing up the correct plan and abiding by it, you can gain a dent amount of muscle mass even within short periods of time. 

A small built person wishing to gain significant amounts of muscle must do five things: 

1. Eat a lot.

Large calorie consumption will be necessary in order for you to put on significant amounts of weight.  If you’re looking to gain pounds in muscle, you’re calorie intake should be about 3500 calories per day, over six meals, instead of the regular male intake of 2000-25000 calories a day. 

The amount of proteins you consume should also be increased during this tim.

2. Weight training.

What is important with weight training, if you want to build muscle and get big, you don’t need to do high reps with a low weight. 

Instead, by lifting heavier weights in fewer, more concentrated repetitions, you can build muscle more quickly. 

The ideal would be around three sets of eight or twelve reps. 

3.  How many Workouts

Being at the gym everyday for hours together is not going to help you if you’re looking to build muscle. This might actually be the cause for your not having seen any noticeable gains from your routines so far. 

If you’re looking to gain muscle in over six months, all you really need is three sessions at the gym per week, lasting approximately 45 minutes each. 

What is most important here is the intensity in which you work out. 

One rest day should be allowed in between work out days in order to allow your muscles to recover and grow.  If worked without rest, your muscle growth will be stunted and the muscles itself more prone to injury. 

4.  Sleep properly 

Sleeping properly is an essential part of body building.  Deep sleep will allow your muscles a chance to repair and grow.  Aim to sleep about eight hours every night. 

5.  Exercising your whole body

For small built persons, the aim should be to work most muscle groups during every workout session. 

You will see results through using these workout tips only if you remain patient, committed and focused on the end goals.  If you go into this half-heartedly then you are unlikely to see the type of results you were hoping for, so you must give it 100% and you will very soon start to see some significant results.
